Steamed Chicken Drumsticks with Chopped Pepper and Straw Mushroom

Wash and slice straw mushrooms

Wash the chicken thighs and chop into pieces and marinate for 4 hours with salt, cooking wine and ginger

Prepare the seasoning

Pour clean water into the pot and bring it to a boil, add straw mushrooms and water, then pick up

Tips:
1. Marinate the chicken first to get rid of the fishy taste, and drench the straw mushrooms first to remove the mushroom taste.
2. The salty taste of chopped peppers is different. When adding salt, you should decide on the saltiness of your own chopped peppers.
