Steamed Chicken Drumsticks with Mushrooms

Cut the chicken legs into small pieces.

Wash thoroughly in water.

Soak the shiitake mushrooms and daylily for 2 to 3 hours.

Add green onions, ginger, light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, starch, salt, oyster sauce, and pepper to the chicken.
5.
Stir and marinate for 30 minutes.

Add shiitake mushrooms and day lily, stir well, and steam for 45 minutes.
