Steamed Chicken Nuggets with Shiitake Mushrooms

Drumsticks and dried shiitake mushrooms are ready. The meat of the drumsticks is firm and tastes good. I generally like to use chicken thighs for cooking. Dried shiitake mushrooms have a stronger flavor, and new shiitake mushrooms are also fine.

Dried shiitake mushrooms are soaked in water in advance. This is my own dried shiitake mushrooms. When the supermarket promoted more than three yuan per catty, I bought a lot of them, and the taste of my own drying is very strong.

The chicken thigh meat is deboned and cut into small pieces. The bones do not need to be particularly clean. They can be steamed together. If you think the meat is the most delicious when you eat the bones, cut the mushrooms into small pieces for later use.

Put the cut chicken pieces and bones into a large bowl, add a spoonful of salt and a spoonful of cooking wine to remove the fishy.

Then add a spoonful of light soy sauce and a little dark soy sauce, add a little oil, because the chicken thigh meat is lean and there is no fat, so the chicken oil that is steamed with a little oil is moist and tender, and the taste will not be burnt.

Mix the chicken with the seasonings and marinate for half an hour to taste. If time permits, you can marinate for a while to make it more delicious.

Finally, add the chopped shiitake mushrooms and mix again, then marinate for 5 minutes.
