Steamed Chicken Wings with Chopped Pepper

Several chicken wings are cleaned repeatedly.

Each chicken wing is divided into two.

Put water in a pot, add chicken wings, add ginger slices and cooking wine.

Cook for about a minute after the high heat is boiled.

Remove the chicken wings and wash off the remaining foam with warm water.

2 tablespoons full of homemade chopped peppers (I didn't use chopped peppers made of particularly spicy peppers).

Add minced garlic, minced ginger, and a little salt, mix well.

Tips:
1. Don't stir-fry the pepper, just mix it with chicken wings and steam it, but it will be more fragrant after it is steamed.
2. Chopped peppers are salty, and the amount of salt can be added or subtracted according to your own taste.
3. This dish is the spicy of chopped peppers, it is best not to add other seasonings
4. If you can eat spicy, you can choose very spicy chopped pepper. My home is not very spicy. When choosing chili for chopped pepper, it is also based on my own eating habits. I choose not too spicy.
