Steamed Chicken Wings with Potatoes

1. Wash all the chicken wings two.

2. Add 1 spoon of Laoganma tempeh and 2 spoons of soybean paste to taste.

3. Add 1 scoop of cooking wine and some ginger slices to remove fishy.

4. Add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sugar for freshness.

5. Mix well and marinate for more than 1 hour.

6. Peel and cut potatoes.

7. Place the potatoes in a plate, add 1 spoon of Laoganma tempeh, and 2 spoons of light soy sauce, mix well.

8. Place the marinated chicken wings on the potatoes.

9. After the water is boiled, put it in a pot and steam it on high heat for about 25 minutes.
