Steamed Chicken Wings with Yam

Prepare the main raw materials.

Chop chicken wings into medium-sized pieces, wash and drain.

Put on a plate, add shredded ginger, light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, chili sauce, black bean sauce, cornstarch.

Stir thoroughly and marinate for about 10 minutes.

The yam, put on gloves and peeled, cut into small pieces and put on the bottom of the plate.

Lay the marinated chicken wings flat on top, and do not overlap as much as possible.

Tips:
1: Because most of the ingredients contain salt, there is no need to add additional salt.
2: When peeling the yam, remember to wear gloves. If you accidentally stick mucus, remember to scrub your skin with white vinegar.
3: The chicken wings are chopped into small pieces, which will be easier to cook when steamed. Add some cornstarch to make the steamed chicken wings more tender and smooth.
