Steamed Chicken with Chinese Dates and Chinese Wolfberry

Prepare the required materials.

Shred ginger, mince green onions, and pit and cut red dates.

Wash and soak red dates and wolfberry for 5 minutes.

Wash the chicken, add Gelinuoer linseed oil, soy sauce, cornstarch, rice wine, salt and stir well.

Add soaked red dates and goji berries, ginger and marinate for 25 minutes.

After marinating, transfer to a plate and steam on high heat for 20 minutes. After steaming, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
Rice wine can remove the fishy smell of chicken, or it can be replaced with vinegar.
