Steamed Chicken with Cloud Ears, Red Dates and Mushrooms

Cut the chicken into pieces, marinate in Shao wine, light soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, corn starch, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper powder for 20 minutes; soak the cloud ears and mushrooms in water until soft and cut into pieces; soak the red dates until soft. Cored and cut in half;

Add mushrooms, cloud ears and red dates and mix well;

Boil water and steam for 15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
