Steamed Chicken with Daylily

2 chicken legs, 30g daylily, 15g shredded ginger
15g chopped green onion, 10g cooking wine, 10g starch
1g salt, 10g light soy sauce, 5g sugar, 5g edible oil

Cut the chicken thighs from top to bottom to remove the meat and bones

Cut into small pieces for later use

Add shredded ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, starch, and mix well

Pour in another spoonful of oil and marinate for half an hour

Pave the daylily soaked in advance
