Steamed Chicken with Enoki Mushroom

Marinate the chicken with a small amount of salt, corn starch, and soy sauce for 15 minutes.

When marinating the chicken, remove the head and wash the enoki mushrooms and place them on a plate.

The chicken is marinated and placed on top of enoki mushrooms.

Start the pot and boil the water into the placed enoki mushroom chicken. After steaming for twelve minutes, sprinkle with chopped coriander. After steaming for three minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for two minutes and serve.
