Prepare the ingredients

Fermented bean curd cubes, sesame oil, cooking wine, salt, white pepper, chili oil, caster sugar, minced ginger, minced garlic, and chopped green onion mix together

Crush the fermented bean curd block, then add some fermented bean curd juice and stir evenly for later use

Cut the chicken thigh into small pieces, add fermented bean curd marinade, and marinate for no less than 2 hours, otherwise the chicken will not be easy to taste

Bring water to a boil in a pot, steam over medium and low heat for 15 minutes over water
