Steamed Chicken with Fermented Bean Curd

Prepare two chicken wings and two chicken legs, cut the chicken wings and chicken legs into pieces

Prepare 2 pieces of Cantonese fermented bean curd

Add the soy sauce, cooking wine, fermented bean curd juice, sugar and ginger garlic paste into the fermented bean curd bowl, crush the fermented bean curd and mix well with all the seasonings

Add the well-mixed seasonings to the chicken nuggets, add cornstarch and mix well, marinate for more than 30 minutes

Tips:
1 Chicken nuggets can be half a chicken or a whole chicken. I separate one chicken into the chicken breast and make the soup, while the chicken legs and wings are used for steaming.
2 The fermented bean curd has a salty taste, so there is no salt. Different brands of fermented bean curd have different saltiness. You need to try the flavor before adding other seasonings.
3 Put a little sugar in the fermented bean curd to neutralize and taste softer
4 The time for steaming the chicken should be controlled according to the amount of chicken. You don’t need to steam it for too long. The chicken nuggets will taste almost a bit after a long time. 6
