Steamed Chicken with Lotus Leaf

Prepare all materials

Wash all, cut the chicken thighs into large pieces, slice mushrooms, shred carrots, celery, green onions, red dates, and set aside

Put water in the pot and boil, put the wrapped lotus leaf chicken, cover, and steam for ten minutes on high heat, not more than twelve minutes, otherwise the steamed chicken will not be smooth enough
Tips:
Make sure that every serving has all the side dishes. You can also change the side dishes according to your personal taste. In addition, (the chicken thigh meat can also be boneless, but the steaming time needs to be extended, and steaming for about 15 minutes is enough).
