Steamed Chicken with Mushrooms

Soak the mushrooms and fungus separately

Mushrooms are cut in half, and the fungus keeps the original shape

Wash the chicken, add shredded ginger, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, and egg white (the chicken is slippery on this),

Add ginger, salt, light soy sauce, pepper

After stirring well, add the mushrooms and fungus
6.
The steamer turns on, put it into the pot, everybody 20 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken, how much depends)

Out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onions. Scent
