It's out of the pot savory. Leave some chicken for you, don’t touch me with tea tree mushrooms and fungus*^÷^*
Tips:
The most tender parts of a chicken's body are the chicken legs and chicken wings. The other parts will be a bit burnt, so please be sure to choose chicken legs first. After the bones are shaved, they are all meat, and the taste is very smooth and tender. Don't worry about small bones even if you feed it to a child.
Tea tree mushroom is my favorite. Stir-fried and steamed, it is full of the fresh fragrance of chicken, coupled with its own mushroom fragrance, it is really good for dinner, friends can also change to dried shiitake mushrooms, but it is best to choose dried ones. It will have more flavor and fragrance than fresh products.
The fungus is just a regular fungus, just a small handful, and more will affect the overall taste.
Okay, just say so much. Next, it's up to you~~
