Steamed Chicken with Xiangru Sausage

1. Wash the chicken and chop into small pieces, add shredded ginger, light soy sauce, cooking wine, a little salt, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, corn starch, and salad oil, stir well, and marinate for about 30 minutes.
