Steamed Chopped Pepper Fish Head with Shredded Radish

Wash the radish, then shred

Arrange the planed silk evenly into the basin

Cut the fish head from the middle and spread it flat on top of the shredded radish

Cut the ginger and garlic into slices and add them to the top of the fish head

Then add the cooking wine and chopped pepper, and spread it on the fish head
6.
