I especially like Long Li fish fillet, which has a fresh and tender taste and very little fishy smell. When I go to the supermarket, I buy a few more pieces and put it in the refrigerator. The whole piece is fish, without bones and bones, and usually eaten with sauerkraut fish fillets and spicy boiled fish fillets. Steamed Chopped Pepper Long Li Fish

1. Prepare chopped peppers, sliced ginger and shallots

2. Defrost and wash the Longli fish fillet, soak up the water and put it in a basin

3. Add salt to both sides and massage evenly

4. Add appropriate amount of high white wine on both sides and massage evenly

5. Add sliced ginger and green onion, drip in lemon juice and marinate for 2 hours

6. Then add chopped pepper

7. After the water in the steamer is boiled, add it to the cover and steam for 8 minutes

8. Open and pour out the water inside

9. Remove the sliced ginger and green onion, add the green onions, add a spoon of steamed fish soy sauce along the side of the bowl

10. Add peanut oil to the pot and cook until green smoke appears

11. Just drizzle with hot oil and serve

Tips:

1. Baijiu can not only remove fishy, but also has the effect of increasing fragrance and freshness. Don't add too much high-quality white wine to the fish, otherwise it will have a bitter taste and affect the deliciousness of the food;
2. Dropping an appropriate amount of lemon juice can effectively remove the fishy smell of food;
3. My chopped pepper is homemade, not very salty. If it is very salty, reduce the amount of salt used when marinating the fish;
4. You can use other edible oil instead of peanut oil.
