Tips:
1. Baijiu can not only remove fishy, but also has the effect of increasing fragrance and freshness. Don't add too much high-quality white wine to the fish, otherwise it will have a bitter taste and affect the deliciousness of the food;
2. Dropping an appropriate amount of lemon juice can effectively remove the fishy smell of food;
3. My chopped pepper is homemade, not very salty. If it is very salty, reduce the amount of salt used when marinating the fish;
4. You can use other edible oil instead of peanut oil.
