Steamed Clams

Buy fresh clams that are clean and spit out sand. If you are not at ease, go home and add a few drops of sesame oil.

Rinse the surface of the clams again, remove them and drain them, spread them evenly on the steaming dish, and mix with a few clams.

Cover the lid, turn on the power, and set the time. Because it is an electric steamer, the steam will be output in 10 seconds, and the timing will be 10-15 minutes, depending on the amount of clams.

Tips:
