Steamed Cod
1.
The cod is thawed naturally, the scales are removed, and the fish is rinsed.
2.
Put a layer of ginger and spring onion on the bottom of the plate, pour some cooking wine and salt on both sides of the fish body, and then cover the fish with spring onion and ginger, put a millet pepper, and marinate for about 20 minutes
3.
Put water in a pot and bring it to a boil. After the water is boiled, put the fish in the plate and steam for about five...six minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for one or two minutes and open the lid.
4.
Take out the fish, discard the water in the fish dish, clip off the steamed green onions, and re-cover with new shredded green onions
5.
Heat the oil in a pan, turn off the heat and pour in an appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce. Pour the seasoning on the fish while it is hot and serve
Tips:
The best time to remove the scales of cod is to remove the scales when it is not thawed, and steam it over high heat.
