Steamed Cod

200g cod, 15g green onions, 10g ginger
15g garlic, 15g dried chili
1g salt, 20g cooking wine, 20g steamed fish soy sauce

Sprinkle in salt and cooking wine first, spread evenly on both sides

Marinate for 20 minutes

Then spread the garlic slices, ginger, green onions, and dried chilies on the surface of the cod

Cover with plastic wrap and steam over high heat for 5 minutes

1. The steaming time should not be too long to prevent the meat from getting old
