Steamed Crab

2 crabs, tied with a big five flowers, not honest

Use a toothbrush to clean the crevices of the crab feet, peel off the crabs, remove the internal organs, and place them in a plate.

Cut the ginger and put a few slices on top of the crab, then put the green onion on the crab, pour a little cooking wine in it, and then steam it in the pot for 10 minutes

Simmer for another 2 minutes and boil

Pick out the green onions, ginger, and serve with a sauce of garlic, minced ginger, vinegar and light soy sauce.
