Steamed Crab Red

Boil water in the induction cooker, add sliced ginger and green onions.

After the water is boiled, add cooking wine.

Put the crabs in the pot after boiling, preferably belly up. I have so many piles together.

After boiling, steam on medium heat for ten minutes.

Finally, make a ginger vinegar sauce. Chop ginger into minced pieces, add appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar, and eat as a dip.
