Steamed Crab with Garlic

This is the crab I chose. Because I live near the sea, the seafood is relatively fresh. The one I bought is about 40-50 yuan per catty.

Teach everyone to pick crabs. Depends on the crab's belly (similar to the triangle), it looks like a pinkish color, and it feels hard. This kind of crab is fat and delicious to cook~

Pull out the crab shell and clean it. The white part of the crab body needs to be removed. Then chop it in half. If you eat large pieces, you can open two crabs, and if you eat smaller pieces, you can open four. Just chop the crab feet neatly

Set the plate. Because the crab itself contains salt and water. If it is lighter, there is no need to add salt, and there will be juice when steaming, so there is no need to add water. Put garlic

Put water in the pot and put the steaming rack. The steaming rack is good and buy a lower one, mine is too high

After steaming for about 10 minutes, when all the crabs turn red, add oil and soy sauce. Steam it for another 3 to 4 minutes. The main thing depends on the firepower of your stove. You don't need to adjust the fire to keep the fire high. Just sprinkle with chopped green onion when it's cooked
Tips:
You have to choose fatter crabs to be delicious. When steaming, all crabs must turn red. The steamed juice is delicious~
