Steamed Crabs are Particular

First of all, the crabs you bought must be scrubbed clean to prevent pinching. You can use clamps and brushes. Wash and soak the crab for an hour, spit it up.

If you want to steam without losing your legs, you can try my method: first soak it with cooking wine and rice wine for an hour (beer is also OK), first let the crabs get drunk, not only can you get rid of the fishy smell when steaming, the energy is gone. Natural legs won't fall if you don't have the strength to toss.

Place the steamer with the crab belly facing up and cover.

Steam for 13 minutes, this pot will steam quickly. Steam it, cover and simmer for a minute, let’s eat.
