Steamed Crayfish

Crayfish (remove the shrimp buns and wash off the shrimp line), ginger slices, soy sauce

Place the ginger slices in the washed crayfish.

Then, put it in the steamer.

Cover and steam for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Then, open the lid and take it out.
Tips:
Mix the dipping sauce according to your own preference.
