Steamed Crucian Carp

Prepare the required materials.

Soak the tangerine peels in clear water, and soak the Mian Yin Chen in clear water for a while and then wash.

Clean the crucian carp, wash Mian Yinchen several times, and scrape the white part with a knife.

Add a small amount of oil to the pan and heat, add crucian carp and ginger slices and fry until slightly yellow on both sides.

Then put the fried crucian carp into the soup pot.

Add the cleaned Mian Yin Chen.

Add tangerine peel and candied dates.

Tips:
1. Mian Yinchen must be cleaned several times, because there is a lot of soil.
2. Do not use spleen deficiency, insufficient qi and blood, food stagnation, and chlorosis caused by worm accumulation. Those who accumulate blood and become yellow are prohibited. The heat is very yellow and there is no moisture. Both are forbidden.
