Steamed Crucian Carp

Prepare the required materials. (The crucian carp market is bought and killed)

Wash the fish, put a few slices of ginger fish on the plate.

Put the pot on high heat and steam for 8 minutes.

Cut ginger and green onions into shreds.

Take out the steamed fish, remove the ginger slices, and pour out the steamed juice.

Then pour the oil on the crucian carp.

Top with steamed fish soy sauce.
Tips:
The fish juice of the steamed fish must be discarded, because the fish juice has a fishy smell.
The oil must be burned until it smokes before it is poured on the fish, and it will make a sizzling sound when it is poured.
The steaming time should be adjusted according to the size of the fish, and the larger ones can be steamed for 10 minutes.
