Steamed Custard with Tomato and Yam

Wash the tomatoes.

Cut into evenly sized dices.

Put it in a clean bowl.

2 eggs.

Put the eggs and diced tomatoes together and mix well.

Add cooked yam cubes, salt, sugar and the original juice of steamed yam and stir well.

Put it in the microwave and cover, steam on high heat for 3 minutes, then turn to medium heat and steam for 2 minutes.
