Steamed Duck Blood with Shrimp

Thaw Argentine red shrimp at room temperature, sprinkle some pepper, salt, and cooking wine to marinate for a while.

Take out the box of duck blood, cut half of it horizontally, and place half of it on a plate. Place the marinated Argentine red shrimp on top.

Put the plate in the steamer and steam for 5 minutes.

Raise the pot to heat oil, pour the mixed vegetable diced.

Pour water starch.

Add salt and oyster sauce and stir until thick. Take out the steamed dishes, pour out the steamed water, and pour the sauce on top of the Argentine red shrimp.
Tips:
1. Be sure to pour out the steamed water, and then pour the juice. The juice should be thicker, otherwise it will be easily diluted when poured into the plate.
2. Mixed vegetable grains are purchased finished products, composed of sweet corn, carrots, and green beans. They are frozen and stored. They are directly put into the pot when eating, which is more convenient.
