Steamed Dumplings

300 grams of flour and about 100ml of boiling water (this amount can be adjusted by yourself when making the noodles, the steamed dumplings must be hot noodles) one egg, I use the bread machine and the dough, and I have been waking up the noodles when preparing other fillings (half Within hours).

Wake up the noodles and start rolling out the dough

Put the stuffing according to your preference and determine the size of the steamed dumplings

Bring the water to a boil, steam for 15 minutes in the pot, and then remove.
