Steamed Dumplings with Leek
1.
Wash the leeks and cut off the top part
2.
The rest chopped
3.
Choose fat and thin pork, this time I bought it thin, and asked the master to help mince it.
4.
Stir the chopped leeks into the minced pork
5.
Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce until you smell the fragrance, then add appropriate amount of lard and a little bit of cooking oil
6.
Stir well
7.
I bought the wonton wrapper, which is thinner and wraps up faster
8.
When you fold it, move it up a bit, and it won’t leak easily when it’s wrapped.
9.
Fold it again and wrap it up
10.
When ~ complete
11.
Wrap it and put it on the steamer. The water in the steamer is open before steaming, because the leeks are not tasty when steamed for a long time, so first boil the water and then put it on the steamer. Generally, steam for five minutes~
Tips:
1. No salt is added here, but light soy sauce is added. It feels very different from leeks, so you can try it.
2. When mixing meat fillings, it is recommended to add some lard, which has a lot of fragrant taste. Add edible oil if you don't have it.
