Steamed Dumplings with Mixed Vegetables and Mussels

Soak the dried mussels in advance (soak in cold water for at least 10 hours)

Wash and mince

Defrosting miscellaneous vegetables (freezers bought in supermarkets)

Stir-fry dried mussels in hot oil
