Steamed Dumplings with Squash, Green Pepper and Ham

The flour is first synthesized into the dough, which is a bit softer than the dumpling noodles.

Tips:
When mixing the stuffing, the amount of salt must be properly controlled. The squash and green peppers already contain salt.
