Steamed Egg

Fresh eggs.

Beat into a bowl and stir with a manual omelet.

Beat clockwise for about 30 seconds, add a little salt, and continue to mix well.

Add cold water (the ratio is 1:1.5: egg liquid, 1.5 water), stir well and use a spoon to remove the bubbles on the surface.
