Steamed Egg

Main ingredients. Eggs

Open the egg. Add seasoning

Stir the eggs well

Add 150ml warm water (40 degrees) or so.

Stir the eggs until frothy

Put a small amount of water in the stock pot. After the water is boiled, put in the steam

Cover and steam over medium heat instead. Do not cover the soup tightly. Steam for 6 minutes and it will come out of the pot!

It's done. The steamed egg is smooth and fragrant. It is smooth like tofu.
