There are many ways to eat eggs. I prefer steamed egg custard. I like the soft and slippery feeling of egg custard in the mouth. The mouth is fragrant and the aftertaste is endless!

Steamed Egg Custard

1. Prepare eggs and steaming pot.

2. Beat the eggs into the steaming bowl.

3. Stir clockwise with chopsticks. Stir until there is no protein.

4. Stir the eggs and put an appropriate amount of salt.

5. Add half the amount of water and continue to stir.

6. Continue to add all the amount of water and stir evenly.

7. Before steaming on the pot, preheat the water at the bottom of the pot, and then steam on the pot, cover with a lid and turn to a medium-low heat for 13-15 minutes.

8. Put an appropriate amount of sesame oil in the steamed eggs.

9. Put chopped green onion or coriander before serving.

Tips:

1. Need to control the amount of water, water temperature, egg-beating skills and heat. 2. The heat conduction of the steamed egg custard is different and the steaming time is also different. 3. The ratio of egg to water is 1:1.5, and the ratio of egg to water is 1.5.
