Steamed Egg with Bash

Beat three eggs into a bowl and stir in one direction.

Add water (cold) ratio 1:1.5, add salt, in one direction, stir evenly

Pour it into the dish and beat the froth.

Cover the plate, steam in the pot, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes after the water is boiled on low heat.

Add soy sauce, raw starch and mix well

Steam the eggs out of the pot for later use.

Raise the pot and cook the oil, lower the glutinous rice, and stir-fry evenly.

Add clear water to a boil, cook for another minute, add soy sauce, and boil the water starch to make it slightly viscous.
9.
Pour on the egg and sprinkle a few chopped green onions.
