I have never eaten crucian carp steamed eggs like this before, because a beautiful lady asked, is it not troublesome? After researching, I cut the fish into a flat shape to save trouble, so that the fish will be cooked with the eggs, and will not be too old. The eggs are tender, so fresh and delicious!

4. Filter it after mixing evenly

5. Pour the egg liquid into the dish

6. Put cold water into the pot, steam over medium heat, do not close the lid tightly

10. Sprinkle onion

11. Drizzle with soy sauce, ready to eat
