Steamed Egg with Ganoderma Spore Powder

Prepare the required materials.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and add a pinch of salt.

Then add Ganoderma lucidum spore powder.

Beat the eggs, then add an appropriate amount of water and stir evenly.

Strain the beaten egg liquid through a sieve.
6.
Use a small spoon to remove any bubbles on the surface.
7.
Seal it with plastic wrap, and pierce a few small holes in the plastic wrap with a toothpick.

Put the pot on high heat and steam for 12 minutes.
9.
Take out and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
10.
Add a few drops of sesame oil and soy sauce to serve.

Tips:
The egg liquid should be fully stirred evenly. If the stirring is uneven, as I did, it will have a layered feeling. Part of the Ganoderma spore powder will sink to the bottom and part of it will float on the surface. So it needs to be fully disturbed and steamed evenly to make it beautiful.
