Steamed Egg with Matsutake

Fresh matsutake.

Wash the matsutake mushrooms.

Choose small pieces and cut thin slices for later use.

Beat the eggs into the bowl.

Add salt to the eggs, stir with 1.5 times the water and strain them with a strainer.
