Steamed Egg with Minced Meat

Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir, add 10ml of water and continue to stir evenly.

Cover with plastic wrap and pierce the eyes with a toothpick. Put it in a pot and steam for 8 minutes.

Heat up the pan and add the minced meat to stir fry.
4.
Add the chopped onion and the chopped carrot and stir-fry evenly.
5.
Stir fry with light soy sauce and salt.
6.
Continue to stir fry to mature.
7.
The fried minced meat is placed on top of the steamed egg custard.
8.
Sprinkle chopped green onion to finish.
