Steamed Egg with Minced Meat

Prepare ingredients

Knock the eggs into a bowl

Whisk the eggs, pour 2 times the cold water of the egg liquid into the egg liquid, and beat evenly

Add the gorgon powder to the egg liquid, beat until there are bubbles in the egg liquid, then stop

Wrap the bowl in plastic wrap without leaving any seams
6.
Put it in a pot with boiling water and steam for 7 minutes to get out of the pot

Pour oil in the pan, sauté minced meat and peas

Add soy sauce
9.
Add salt, cover the steamed custard on top of the pot and drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce.
Tips:
The minced meat has a salty taste, I didn’t add salt to the egg
