To say that among the favorite ingredients of the Lazy Party, there must be eggs-high nutritional value, easy to cook, and easy to be absorbed by the human body~

When cooking the rice, clean the shell and put it in. The rice is cooked and the eggs are cooked. With some side dishes, it is a simple meal~ If you want to change the way of eating, just make an omelette or steam a water egg, which is extremely convenient and quick.

This time I paired shrimp and shiitake mushrooms to make a steamed egg with shrimp and shiitake mushrooms.

Steamed Egg with Shrimp and Mushroom

1. Beat the eggs into a small bowl, add warm water and salt, and mix well
*The ratio of egg liquid to warm water is about 1:1.5.

2. Use a strainer to filter out most of the stirred foam

3. Cover with plastic wrap, and use a toothpick to make a few holes on it

4. Boil the water in the steamer, put it in a steamed egg bowl after SAIC, and steam for about 10-13 minutes

5. While steaming the eggs, blanch the mushrooms in another pot for about 3 minutes, pick them up, and cut into chunks

6. Wash the shrimp, remove the shells, remove the shrimp thread, and remove the shrimp

At this point, the egg liquid has basically solidified. After placing the shrimp and mushrooms, cover with plastic wrap and lid, and steam for about 3 minutes.

7. Steam until the shrimp changes color, top with 1 tablespoon light soy sauce and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

8. Hum! The tender and delicious steamed eggs with shrimps and mushrooms are ready~
