Steamed Eggplant Strips with Garlic

Cut the eggplant into strips, mince the onion and garlic and set aside;

Fry the eggplant strips in a frying pan until soft;

After deep-fried, remove the oil control and code plate;

In a separate pot, put the chopped green onion and minced garlic in warm oil (be sure to add more), sauté appropriate amount of oyster sauce, salt, and chicken essence, stir for a while, serve, and pour on the eggplant;

Put it in a steamer and steam for 10 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and leave the pot. If you like spicy food, you can pour some chili oil on it.
