Steamed Eggplant with Garlic
1.
Wash the eggplant without peeling it, cut into 3 sections first, then halve and cut into thick strips
2.
Put it in a deep bowl, and steam it with cold water until it is almost cooked (I took about 25 minutes for this process, starting with cold water)
3.
The seasoning can be prepared in the middle, and all the seasonings except the balsamic vinegar are mixed well. Also chop garlic into puree
4.
Open the steamer to see that the eggplants are basically steamed, put the seasonings in one by one, cover and continue to steam for about 5 minutes
5.
Take it out and mix well, wait for it to cool a little and then add balsamic vinegar and mix well again in the refrigerator and chill for a while.
Tips:
1. The steaming time depends on how many pots and eggplants you use;
2. Steaming the seasoning together in the pot can make the eggplant better absorb the flavor;
3. The purpose of adding balsamic vinegar is of course to make the taste better, this, you know;
4. If you don't like chopped pepper, you can leave it alone. It's as delicious. I also tried this one. (Of course you need to add some salt to the seasoning)
