An egg, a bowl of water, no need to add oil, just a little salt and soy sauce, simple, healthy and nutritious! All ages! "

Steamed Eggs

1. An egg, a clean steamed egg bowl.

2. Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix well.

3. Add a little salt, add water to half a bowl, continue to stir well with chopsticks.

4. Sift the egg liquid.

5. Pour it into a steamed egg bowl. This 4.5-inch bowl can steam two eggs. This time I only steamed one so it was not full.

6. First prepare a steamer, add water to boil, cover the steamed egg bowl and put it in the steamer.

7. Cover and steam for ten minutes.

8. After steaming for two minutes, open the lid and add a few drops of soy sauce. Eat the finished product!

Tips:

1. After stirring, the egg liquid must be sieved to be fine and non-foaming.
2. The bowl without a lid can be covered with plastic wrap to prevent water vapor from dripping into the surface and forming pits.
