Steamed Eggs

An egg, a clean steamed egg bowl.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix well.

Add a little salt, add water to half a bowl, continue to stir well with chopsticks.

Pour it into a steamed egg bowl. This 4.5-inch bowl can steam two eggs. This time I only steamed one so it was not full.

First prepare a steamer, add water to boil, cover the steamed egg bowl and put it in the steamer.

Cover and steam for ten minutes.

Tips:
1. After stirring, the egg liquid must be sieved to be fine and non-foaming.
2. The bowl without a lid can be covered with plastic wrap to prevent water vapor from dripping into the surface and forming pits.
