Steamed Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the roots of Flammulina velutipes, wash, and put on a steaming dish;

Cut green onions and minced garlic;

Stir-fry the onion and garlic in the pan, add chopped pepper, add a little light soy sauce, and stir-fry with a little salt;

Pour on top of enoki mushrooms;
