Steamed Enoki Mushroom

A bag of enoki mushrooms.

Open the package and cut the feet, wash them separately, and drain the water. Bring the water in the pot to a boil, put the enoki mushrooms on a plate, and steam for seven to eight minutes on medium heat.

After a few minutes of steaming, prepare 2 spoons of soy sauce and 1 spoon of sugar.
