Steamed Fish

Clean the fish

Shred the ginger, put a layer of ginger under the fish, stuff the belly a little, and put a layer on top

The tail is too long to cut off

Steam on the pot for 20 minutes

When steaming, prepare chopped green onion and garlic

To judge whether the fish is cooked or not, just look at its eyes and stick them out
